• Full payment is required to confirm the booking.

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email) to resv@jetskitouriqram.com .
• Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period:
  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before the activity date.
  • 100% cancellation fee for cancellations within 6 days of the activity date.
  • No refund for cancellations within 3 days of the activity date.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather conditions, natural disasters) that prevent the activity from taking place, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the activity to a mutually agreed-upon date.

3. Activity Participation

• Participants must be in good health and physically fit to participate in the activities.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides.
• The use of alcohol or drugs before or during activities is strictly prohibited.
• Children under a certain age may require adult supervision (specific age restrictions may vary per activity).
